Return of goods without giving a reason within 14 days

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, please contact us at info@mojerutina.cz. Please follow the instructions in the email.

The buyer must return the goods to the seller complete, undamaged, unworn and unsoiled and in their original packaging. If the goods are used or damaged, the Seller is entitled to compensation for any damage to the goods and is entitled to set off any such claim unilaterally against the Buyer's claim for a refund of the purchase price. In such a case, the buyer shall be refunded the reduced purchase price.



Complaints

If a defect appears in the purchased goods, please contact us as soon as possible.

The product shall be deemed defective, in particular if it does not have the usual or presented characteristics, is not fit for its intended purpose, does not comply with legal requirements or has not been delivered in the agreed quantity. Hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to the delivered goods are not grounds for recognising a defect in the goods. Similarly, defects in gifts or free items not covered by the order are not considered a defect. The photographs of the products in our online shop are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding description of the characteristics of the products (e.g. packaging may vary due to changes made by the manufacturer).

Please send any questions regarding complaints to info@mojerutina.cz. Please describe the defect in question and attach photos of the defective product (if possible). The complaint will be investigated promptly. We will inform you of the result within 30 days. In the case of a legitimate complaint, we will arrange for a repair, replacement or refund on account or in the form of a discount voucher.
